'diamonds' is the second, or maybe third I suppose, single from the forthcoming 'scenic routes' album.

It all began when I turned my keyboard on one day and started plonking my fingers against the keys. I have one of those keyboards that you have to switch on and then wait about 10 seconds for the thing to fire up.

So I was plonking away in silence, 10 seconds later the keyboard powered on and the notes I was playing were like
do-doot-doooo, doot-doot
and I thought, 'uhh what was that?'. Eight years later here is the song.

I'm not going to say what it's about because it's probably a bit boring to anyone that isn't me, but I will say that it's dedicated to all of the unfortunate employees of CTDI Glenrothes.

And also to Billy & Vicey as usual for all the help :)
