Not to be confused with the word balloon, "b'lloon" is a word which describes a particularly oblivious sort of idiot, and can be used in much the same context as you might say "he's a walloper", "he's a pudding" or "he's a fucking trumpet".

Originally this song had different lyrics, based on lines from a book by Eduardo Galeano, but then I realised that's exactly the kind of song an absolute b'lloon would make.

This is a quietly triumphant-sounding song about being a complete b'lloon.
